Controller of Examination

The Controller of Examinations is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the examination-related activities of JMF’s Vande Mataram College of Arts, Commerce & Science. The Controller ensures the smooth, fair, and systematic conduct of internal and university examinations in accordance with the rules, regulations, and guidelines prescribed by the University of Mumbai.

The responsibilities include examination planning and scheduling, student eligibility and examination records, hall tickets, seating arrangements, appointment of examination staff, conduct of examinations, assessment coordination, result-related processes, and maintenance of confidential examination records.

 

The Controller of Examinations works closely with the Principal, teaching and non-teaching staff, university authorities, and students to ensure transparency, confidentiality, accuracy, and discipline throughout the examination process, thereby maintaining high standards of academic integrity and examination administration.
